James has over 10 years of experience driving revenue growth and leading go-to-market (GTM) efforts internationally. Specializing in B2B SaaS, he has worked closely with top global Private Equity and Venture Capital managers, selling productivity and reporting tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, James has been at the forefront of commercial strategy, building and executing market entry plans, defining regional pricing structures, and negotiating complex deals with institutional buyers. His experience spans both pre- and post-acquisition environments, where he played a key role in aligning pricing models with market demand to maximize value capture.
After earning his MBA from London Business School, James set his sights on transitioning from sales to pricing strategy. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to optimize pricing models, reduce value leakage, and help B2B SaaS companies refine their monetization strategies to drive sustainable growth.
